Exercise Room

The exercise room at the Community Center is available for the exclusive use of Singletree residents. Equipment includes free weights, stationary bikes, treadmills, elliptical trainers and a Multi-Function Station. The exercise room may be used from 5:30 AM to 9:30 PM daily.

This is an adult only facility for residents 16 years of age or older. An Assumption of Risk, Release, Waiver, and Discharge must be signed prior to use.

Owners may purchase a key card for $75. This will provide you access to the facility for one calendar year. An Owner may purchase up to three key cards per Property they own.
